Wednesday, March 25, 2009 – Onsite Registration / Project Setup

• 4:00 pm
  On-site registration, setup, safety checks and photo ID’s OPEN.
  Student Activity Registration OPEN to find out times and location of events.
  Free Parking in Lots P10 & P13
  Fennel Campus Gymnasium
• 8:00 pm
  On-site registration, set-up and safety checks CLOSED.

Thursday, March 26, 2009 - Judging

• 8:00 am
  Judges begin arriving. Free Parking in Lots P10 &P13
• 8:30 am
  Judges' Welcome and assignment of projects.
  Room i131 (Judges only)
• 9:00 am
  Begin preliminary judging without students present.
  Fennell Campus Gymnasium
• 12:45 am
  Students arrive for afternoon judging & interview
• 1:00 pm
  Afternoon judging and interviews with students at their projects, begins. Only Judges and students will be allowed in display area. Fennell Campus Gymnasium
• 4:00 pm
  Afternoon judging with students completed.
• 4:30 pm
  Reporting of all judging scores and issues resolution, complete. Room i131, Judges only.

Thursday, March 26, 2009 - Student Activity AM / Judging PM

• 8:30 am - 8:50 am
  Student drop off at Fennell entrance P13. Free parking available at parking lots P13 or P10. Students are to proceed directly to the "I" wing entrance from P13 once they are dropped off to minimize disruption to the college.
• 12:00 pm
  Lunch - students to bring own bagged lunch
• 12:45 am
  Students arrive for afternoon judging & interview
  at Mohawk Fennell Campus Gymnasium
• 1:00 pm
  Students' judging & interviews.
  at Mohawk Fennell Campus Gymnasium
• 4:00 pm
  Afternoon judging with students completed.
• 4:00 - 4:30 pm
  BASEF Goodie Bags distributed to students.
  Students exit Gymnasium to the West Entrance of Mohawk College. Student afternoon Pick-up at "I" wing, P13.
• Starting at 4:15 pm
  Student pick-up at "I" Wing, Fennell entrance at parking lot P13. Free parking available at parking lots P13 or P10.

Saturday, March 28, 2009 - Public Viewing & Awards Ceremony

• 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
  Public viewing. Project teardown at end of Award Ceremony only Fennell Campus Gymnasium
• 12:00 noon
  Gym closes. NO project teardown allowed at this time.
• 12:00 pm-1:15 pm
  Lunch - students to bring own bagged lunch
• 1:00 pm
  Awards Ceremony seating opens.
  McIntyre Theatre
• 1:30 - 3:30 pm
  Awards Ceremony

• 3:30- 4:00 pm
  Project take-down begins
  Fennel Gymnasium
• 4:00 - 5:30 pm
  Meeting with chaperones for trip winners and their parents. TBA
