All events take place at the McMaster University Athletics and Recreational complex, Hamilton, Ontario. Directions and maps can be found below.

Wednesday, March 28 - Project Setup

4:00 pm

Start of on-site registration, project setup, safety checks.

Smith and East Auxiliary Gymnasiums
Use Zone 1 Parking located North of the Athletic Fields.
Enter the Gyms via the North Doors of the Gyms.

  8:00 pm

Registration, set-up and safety checks complete.

 

Thursday, March 29 - Student Activity Morning

Thursday, March 29 - Judging

8:00 am

Judges begin arriving.

Smith Gym
Use available Parking.
Enter via South Doors of the gym complex.  Follow signs to Smith Gym.

8:30 am

Judges' Welcome and assignment of projects.

9:00 am

Begin preliminary judging without students present.

12:45 am

Students arrive for afternoon judging & interview

Students' judging & interviews begin.

Saturday, March 31 - Public Viewing & Awards Ceremony

9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Public viewing. Project take-down at end of Award Ceremony only

Entrance to the Gym will be via the South Doors of the gym complex.

12:00 noon

Gym closes. NO project take-down allowed at this time.

Directions & Parking

The McMaster web site has general directions to the campus. Use the Sterling Avenue gates and ask the attendant for for directions to parking for the Athletics complex.

Note that participants will be using one entrance to the Athletics complex on Wendesday evening and for Saturday afternoon, and another on Thursday and Saturday morning; you will find the map shown below in your programme.
