Wednesday, April 3 - Project Setup
| 4:00 pm | Start of on-site registration, project setup, safety checks. | Mohawk gym |

Thursday, April 4 - Judging
| 8:00 am | Judges begin arriving. | Mohawk Gym |

| 8:30 am | Judges' Welcome and assignment of projects. | |
| 9:00 am | Begin preliminary judging without students present. | |
| 11:45 am | Start of Judges' luncheon. | |
| 1:00 pm | Students arrive for afternoon judging & interviews. | |
| 4:00 pm | Afternoon judging with students complete. | |
| 4:30 pm | Reporting of all judging scores, and issues resolution, complete. |
Friday, April 5 - Activity Day

Parking, Maps and Directions
Rgistration Day, Wednesday, April 3, 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Please drop off student & project at Main Front Entrance and proceed to Parking Lot P10 where parking is free.
Judging Day, Thursday, April 4
Judges should park in Lot P10 where parking is free. When dropping students off for judging, we assume you wont want to park. However if you do, please use lot P10 where parking is free.
Activity Day, April 5, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
If you are dropping students off, please do so at the Student Centre (Arnie) by 8:30am. If you wish to stay, please park in lot P10 where parking is free.
Public Viewing and Awards Ceremony, Saturday, April 6, 10:00 a.m.
Parking is free to all everywhere on Mohawk College's Fennell Campus
