Project Setup Schedule (Wednesday April 4)

4:00	Start On-site Registration, Project setup, Safety check, in the Gym.
8:00	All Registration, setup and Safety Checks complete.

             Judging Day Schedule (Thursday April 5)

8:00	Judges begin arriving at the Gym.
8:30	Judges' Welcome and assignment of projects.
9:00	Begin preliminary judging without students present.
11:45	Start of Judges' luncheon.
1:00	Students arrive for afternoon judging & interviews.
4:00	Afternoon judging with students complete.

            Activity Day Schedule (Friday April 6)

8:15	Arrive at Sheridan College, Trafagar Campus SCAET Centre (in C-Wing).
9:00	Leave for morning activities (buses provided to offsite activities).
12:00	Arrive back at Sheridan for lunch.
1:00	Leave for afternoon activities (buses provided to offsite activities).
4:00	Arrive back at Sheridan SCAET Centre. Students begin departing for home.
4:30	All students have departed for home.

             Public Viewing & Awards Ceremony (Saturday April 7)

10:00	Gym opens for Public Viewing.
12:00	End of Public viewing. Gym closed until after Awards Ceremony.
12:30	Free buses begin shuttling from Gym to Awards Ceremony location (St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre).
1:30	Start of Awards Ceremony.
3:30	End of Awards Ceremony. Free buses begin the return trip to Sheridan Gym.
3:45	Remove projects from the Gym. (Note Projects may not be removed prior to this time!).
