computer technology

	Computer Technology projects have as their focus the computer and its operation.
Computer Technology projects may consider either hardware or software innovations, or both.  Projects which use computers just to store and manipulate data are exhibited in the division suggested by the nature of the data.  If the focus is an innovative way to use the computer to accomplish this, then the data is secondary and the project should be entered in Computer Technology.
